Welcome to my MCO life:
Wake up. Hair in bun. No makeup. No breakfast (cos we doing intermittent fasting!) Homeschool Tyler. Put Lucas to nap. Cook lunch. Feed the boys. Have lunch. Clean kitchen. Put Lucas to nap again. Spend time with Tyler while trying to work. Prepare and cook dinner. Have dinner. Clean kitchen. Bathe both boys. Put Lucas to sleep. Put Tyler to sleep. Shower. Supper + Netflix + marriage time. Sleep.
Oh, in between I also force feed my husband supplements though he keeps saying no and wants to reserve every last bit of supplements for me instead 🥺 We’re currently sharing this precious bottle of Salus Espresat from @bhbhealth. Been taking Udo’s Oil, Saludynam, Floradix from BHB Health and now taking Esprasat cos it’s a really good boost of Vitamin A, B, C, D and E! No better time to invest in our health than now. Don’t wait until something happens to start feeding your body with the nutrients it needs! Quote BHBCAREEN for free shipping + a mini travel size bottle of supplement from @bhbhealth ✨

What is YOUR MCO routine like? What’s the highlight of your day? ♥️

My New Babies ;)
These are my 2 new Supplements, decided to get them and see the results on my own,
1. L-Glutamine
Glutamine is the most abundant amino acid in the human blood. Glutamine may become conditionally essential in certain situations, including intensive physical training, when the body cannot meet its needs by synthesizing glutamine. This conditionally essential amino acid can be provided by dietary protein intake, including by food supplements.
2. Creatine
It helps to supply energy to all cells, primarily muscle, by increasing the formation of Adenosine TriPhosphate (ATP) acting as cell energy reserve also for muscle contractions.
Can't wait to try it out later in the gym, smashing Shoulder + Abs.
Will let you guys know bout the workout!
